ORDERING
Orders may be placed on our secure site with payment being made either by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) and Payment Express. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason.
CURRENCY
All prices on the WORLDWISE Travel Essentials website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) inclusive of 15% goods and services tax (GST). Please note that the postage price on each product is added during the checkout process. Orders over $80 will receive free postage.
CANCELLATION
Orders will be actioned once payment has been processed. Once payment has been received, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
If you place an order on a business day (Monday – Friday) we will process it within 24 hours of receipt of full payment. Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.
Please make sure you supply us with your full and correct street shipping address. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Standard Courier delivery for the North Island will take 2-3 working days.
Standard Courier delivery for the South Island will take 3-5 working days.
Please note that rural delivery may take longer.
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from WORLDWISE Travel Essentials in New Zealand. WORLDWISE Travel Essentials uses New Zealand Couriers for deliveries to give you the best shipping prices. WORLDWISE Travel Essentials is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you change your mind on your purchase, you are welcome to exchange the item if it is returned unused to WORLDWISE Travel Essentials in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase, please retain your receipt. Otherwise we can offer a credit note to the value of the goods returned.
If your item is faulty, we will endeavour to replace your product as quickly as possible at no charge. If upon return of damaged product, stock is unavailable, we will refund you in full. If your item is damaged whilst in transit, please take a photo of the damage and notify us immediately so we can start procedures with the freight company involved and replace your product.
- Items must be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
- Items must be in original state with original packaging and not damaged in any way.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Sale items are non-refundable and not exchangeable or eligible for a credit note.
